Making A Complaint

We always try to provide high quality service. Hopefully you will not have to make a complaint about any of our services but should you be dissatisfied in any way then we welcome your comments/concerns.
In the first instance we would encourage you to speak or write to the Manager to hopefully resolve the matter quickly. The name and contact details of the Registered Manager is available in the brochure kept in your home.

Please be assured that any complaint you make will be taken seriously and handled sensitively and efficiently. An initial acknowledgement will be received within 2 working days and a full written response following a thorough investigation will be sent within 20 working days. If for any reason this cannot be achieved then you will receive written communication informing you of this. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you can appeal and request for re-consideration of the matter. We will continue to resolve the complaint until you are satisfied.


We will also request you to provide us the feedback about how dealt with the complaint.
